this week we have had time... which i have spent allowing Nobuo Uematsu, Black Chiney, Ride and Umm Kalthum merge in my mind -- and trying to lodge this story i've written into a staccato song; feat a character who commits suicide by suffocating himself with a Bag For Life. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bag_for_life

yesterday recorded this bizarre song - not bizarre in a conventional sense. a sort of steve reichy thing with cascading interlocking never-repeating rhythms (so far so iииocuous) but somehow morphing into a party banging tune thing. and bassoons and a big distorted stereo kick. and im shouting "shut the door"
this week i'm going to start a demo of the knife song.
I would like to script our studio sessions. studio sessions as tea ceremony.
with a release inlclude a film - a sort of narrative thing that takes place in the studio feat. the spirits inside the mixing desk. the electricity inside the XLR cables carving out invisible diagrams - heat - electrik heat - on the mic
